The Choate family has just returned to the Solomon Islands following several months back in the United States.

Following is a map showing the extensive number of languages spoken in the Solomon Islands.  Almost right in the center are the Russell Islands where Lavukaleve is spoken and where the Choate family lives for extended periods of time among the Lavukals. Do check their blog to learn of how they live with and love these beautiful people in conditions vastly different from what they went from in the U.S.A.)
